Subscription Terms

Plans and prices

Subscriptions are sold by George jackson Minj (trading as AussieCitizen). All prices are in Australian dollars and include any tax collected at checkout.

• Free — A$0. 20 practice questions per day, 3 mock tests per week, basic progress tracking, basic explanations and limited bookmarks.
• Premium monthly — A$12.99, billed every month until you cancel.
• Premium annual — A$49.99, billed once a year until you cancel. This is our best-value plan.
• 90-day pass — A$24.99, a single payment for 90 days of Premium. It does not renew.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout, using the payment method you provided, until you cancel. Our payment provider Paddle is the merchant of record: it charges you, issues invoices and handles tax.

If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and emails you. Your Premium access continues during the retry window; if all retries fail the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account or through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Premium until that date.

The 90-day pass cannot be cancelled because it does not renew; access simply ends 90 days after purchase.

When Premium ends

When a subscription expires, is cancelled and reaches its end date, or otherwise becomes inactive, your account returns to the Free plan automatically and Free plan limits apply again.

Nothing is deleted. Your answered questions, mock test results, progress, bookmarks, XP, achievements and study history are all retained, and resubscribing restores full access to them immediately.

Price changes

We may change plan prices. Existing subscribers are notified before a change takes effect and can cancel before the next renewal if they do not want to continue.

Buying Premium does not affect, guarantee or influence any official Australian citizenship test result, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs.
