30-day money-back guarantee

George jackson Minj (trading as AussieCitizen) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If AussieCitizen is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the Premium monthly plan, the Premium annual plan and the one-off 90-day pass.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which is the merchant of record for every order. Request a refund at https://paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@aussiecitizen.com and we will help.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals and cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then return to the Free plan automatically. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — use the process above if you also want your last payment refunded.

The 90-day pass is a one-off purchase that never renews.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
