Mock test

Australian citizenship mock test

A timed 20-question simulation that follows the publicly described structure of the citizenship test — including the strict Australian Values rule.

What the simulation looks like

  • 20 multiple-choice questions drawn from all four study areas.
  • Five Australian Values questions, all of which must be correct.
  • A 45-minute countdown that persists if you navigate away.
  • A question navigator with mark-for-review flags.
  • Automatic submission when the timer expires.

Reading your result

The results screen separates your overall score from your Australian Values score, because the two are judged differently. Below that you get accuracy per topic, the full list of questions you missed, and an explanation with a source reference for each one.

Treat a single result as a snapshot. Two or three passes in a row, with values at five out of five each time, is a far more reliable signal of readiness.

An independent simulation

This is a study simulation built from independently written questions. It is not an official test, contains no real test questions, and cannot predict your result. For booking, eligibility and current requirements, go to the Australian Government.
