Billing questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account returns to the Free plan automatically — nothing is deleted.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Our payments provider retries the payment and emails you. Your account keeps Premium during the retry window, and we show a banner so you can update your payment method. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and you return to the Free plan.
- Do I need Premium to pass the test?
- No. The official citizenship test is run by the Australian Government and everything you need to prepare is published free on official Government websites. Premium simply gives you more practice, deeper analytics and personalised revision inside this app.
- How does the 90-day pass work?
- The 90-day pass is a single A$24.99 payment that unlocks every Premium feature for 90 days. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel — after 90 days your account returns to the Free plan and all of your progress stays exactly where it was.
- Are my card details stored here?
- No. Payments are handled entirely by our payments provider. We never see or store your card details — only your plan, its status and its renewal date.
